Modules 1-3
laying the foundation
The first three modules lay the groundwork for everything that follows. You’ll learn how stress is stored in the body, how it influences the chakra system, and how the Divine Energetics framework interprets those patterns.
This is also where you are introduced to muscle testing and the specific muscles associated with each chakra, the element that makes kinesiology different. Rather than guessing or relying on intuition, you begin learning how to communicate with the body in a structured and systematic way.

the deep dive
In these modules, you deepen your understanding of the chakra system beyond surface-level descriptions. You’ll explore how each chakra relates to specific stress patterns, emotional imprints and behavioural responses, and how these patterns influence the body.
You are also introduced to the theory behind acupressure points and how they support the regulation of stored stress within the system. This stage strengthens your conceptual clarity and prepares you for practical application in the live immersion.

The Root Cause
You’ll learn how to prepare your space, establish clear client connection, and stabilise the system before beginning deeper assessment. You’ll also be introduced to methods for identifying the origin of imbalances, including age of imprint and wider contributing influences. This stage strengthens your ability to recognise patterns within context, rather than viewing symptoms in isolation.

Putting It Together!
These modules integrate the full framework. You’ll learn how vibrational supports such as crystals, essential oils and sound are selected and applied within a structured session — always guided by assessment rather than guesswork. You’ll explore integration protocols designed to support regulation and lasting change within the system. You’ll also be introduced to the practical foundations of beginning your practitioner journey, including the early steps of setting up and working professionally.
HOW THE TRAINING IS DELIVERED
Divine Energetics Level One runs over 14 weeks through a
structured blend of online study, hands on training and live support.
Twelve online modules are released weekly, allowing you to build your understanding progressively and integrate the framework step by step. Each week, we meet for a one-hour Live Zoom class to clarify concepts, deepen learning and answer questions in real time. This structure ensures you are never left trying to piece the system together on your own each layer builds intentionally on the last.
After the modules are complete, you’ll have a dedicated 2 week study period before attending the 4-day Live Immersion held in Perth, WA (in person or online option). This immersion is the culmination of the training where theory moves into practice and muscle testing through guided application. You’re supported via a private Facebook group with direct access to Sara.
